We offer so called Dutch houses constructed by us. These are new, equipped, and made by us “mobile” houses.
They may be fully furnished, equipped, and including a bathroom, constituting a perfect alternative for typical buildings.
They work especially well on small plots or soils rented for recreation purposes.
We set a solid wooden structure on a steel, galvanized frame. That’s how we start the construction of our mobile house.
All of our houses are insulated with mineral wool – 15 cm on the roof, 10 cm on the floor, and 5 cm in the walls. Additionally, the walls include 1.5 cm of Styrofoam. They may additionally include water pipe insulation in the floor. This system protects the installation against freezing.
